The Spring Festival is one of the most popular events in Nerja's calendar. It is organised by the town council’s youth department with the bars of Plaza Tutti Frutti: an afternoon and evening of live music and DJs in the open air to welcome spring.
What to expect
The event is usually held in the Giner de los Ríos car park (next to the old bridge), a large open-air space that is transformed into a festival site with stages, bars and food trucks. In 2026 it was on Saturday 18 April from 5.30 pm, with Javi Fute, Luis Romero, DJ Frank Ménez and Enridavril. Source: Nerja Town Council.
Atmosphere and crowd
It is a lively, youthful festival that attracts both people from Nerja and visitors from across the Axarquía. The atmosphere is festive and family-friendly during the first few hours, becoming livelier as the night goes on.
