Il Laboratorio della Pizza is a small Neapolitan pizza workshop at Calle Huertos 2, in the centre of Nerja, about 400 metres from the Balcón de Europa. It works mainly as takeaway and delivery, and has one of the best ratings in town for a pizzeria: 4.7 on Google from more than 400 reviews and 4.8 on Tripadvisor.

The pizza. What customers mention most is the dough: airy and well fermented, Naples-style, with fresh Italian ingredients. Italians who try it say it tastes like home. Prices are among the lowest in the centre: under €10 per person.
